1) Print and fill out the BCI Form- Have it notarized (sign it at the notary) - Drop it off at the Burrillville Police Station- 1477 Victory Hwy, Oakland, RI

 at least two weeks prior to the volunteering event

 

2) Visit our Volunteer Opportunities Tab for upcoming ways you can support the school- 

 

No need to call the school to check if your BCI is approved- The PTA will check with the main office the week prior to a scheduled volunteer event and will contact you directly if the school department does not have the required documentation.
